FLEXOTERM PLUS ADHESIVE 6MMx1500MMx5MTL

Insulation panel with an adhesive side with extremely high thermal insulation specifically designed for the insulation of wooden, PVC and aluminum cladding boxes

Closed cell cross-linked polyethylene insulation panel with high density graphite (30 kg/m3) and very high thermal insulation (U = 0.035) specifically designed for the insulation of wooden, PVC and aluminum cladding bins. Equipped with a self-adhesive side coated with a very tenacious acrylic glue: it is the most suitable product for coating the covering bins with an insulating and completely waterproof material. It is extremely easy to work: it is cut with scissors or a cutter and is perfectly impermeable to steam (U> 2000), air and water.

Fields of application:
The Flexoterm Plus panel has been specifically designed for the insulation of cladding boxes. Thanks to its very tenacious adhesive, it has excellent adhesion on the most common surfaces of the bins (Wood/MDF/PVC/Aluminum/Sheet). Adherent surfaces must be cleaned to facilitate the adhesion of the insulation. After cutting the panel to the required size, remove the protective film and glue it to the internal surface of the box after having positioned it properly. In order to facilitate the gluing of the panel to the box, apply a good pressure for a few seconds to favor its adhesion to the support. Normally the panel is always installed on the box removed directly in the workshop. However, it is also possible to use the panel for gluing directly on site, remembering to clean the adherent surfaces well and to check beforehand that the thickness of the panel does not interfere with the sliding of the roller shutter in the box.
