L-shaped plaster holder profiles to hide the shoulder and the stop of the subframe

Plaster holder profile for sealing the counter frame, built with the coupling of a special PVC profile and a self-adhesive green polyethylene foam mat which, thanks to its elasticity, allows it to absorb small movements of the wall avoiding the formation of cracks. The 2781 profile must be used on the outside to cover the wide rebates of the counterframes (typically made of wood), while the 2784 profile must be used indoors in constructions flush with the internal wall when you want to plaster the entire shoulder of the counterframe and incorporate it into the plaster avoiding the formation of cracks and the internal spinning cover.
Fields of application: The sealing of the subframe must always be carried out in order to avoid cracks between the subframe and the masonry and interstitial condensation as well as the passage of air and heat loss. With PosaClima "L" plaster holder profiles it is possible to make an elastic and long-lasting seal. There are 2 different types of profiles:
- Profile 2781 is a profile specifically designed to cover the wide rebates of wooden counterframes up to a width of 22 mm The profile is positioned by gluing the adhesive mat on the internal part of the stop (positioning the profile exactly flush with the stop): in this way the PVC part with the net will hide the wooden stop and then she will be shaved externally. For those who will perform the external shaving on the profile there is a 3 mm tooth that acts as a reference for the edge of the external leveling compound. Equipped with external insulation mesh with 4x4 mm mesh
- The 2784 profile, on the other hand, is a profile specifically designed to completely cover the shoulders of the subframe up to a width of 22 mm The profile is positioned by gluing the vapor-proof adhesive mat on the inside or external of the shoulder of the subframe (making sure to position the profile exactly flush with the shoulder): in this way the PVC part with the net will hide the shoulder and will subsequently be shaved internally. For those who will carry out the internal plastering on the profile, there is a 10 mm tooth that acts as a reference for the internal plaster line. This special profile is equipped with a 7x7 mm oversized mesh net to better accommodate the internal and external plaster, which can be used with all the shoulders of common subframes. Attention, on particularly irregular OSB surfaces, adhesion may not be optimal, we recommend the use of mechanical fasteners (eg. Staples)
