ELASTIC POLYURETHANE FOAM ELASTOSCHAUM 750ML

One-component sound-absorbing, insulating and filling polyurethane foam with high elasticity Specifically designed to seal the joints in the installation of wooden, PVC and aluminum windows. Ready to use, it must be used on a manual gun. It is CFC free. Characterized by a very high yield (about 55 liters at 20 °) and controlled expansion. It should be remembered that elastic foams require a greater quantity of humidity for their correct filming than rigid foams to avoid post-swelling phenomena. Product compliant with the requirements of 11673-1 chap 6: Basic requirements for sealing, filling and insulation materials. Fields of application For sealing joints in the installation of external frames, when the following characteristics are required: - High elasticity to compensate the movements of the wall and/or the frame even in the presence of high thermal expansion - High thermal and acoustic insulation - Excellent air impermeability < br> Tips: Adheres to all substrates commonly used in construction (stone, plaster, wood, metal, PVC, polystyrene). Suitable for joints from 5 to 40 mm: for upper joints work in layers and wet each layer. Before application, moisten the substrate with steamed net water with a spray. For regular and optimal expansion, moisten the foam even immediately after extrusion. Usable from -5 to + 30 °, as long as the cylinder temperature is higher than 10 °. Check the absence of ice on the support when working at low temperatures. It is resistant to rain and high temperatures, but must not be exposed to ultraviolet rays. Screw the gun onto the foam bottle and shake at least 20 times horizontally before each application. Application instructions: apply the foam at the bottom of the joint working from the bottom up after having moistened the substrate. It is possible to stop the application of the foam at any time by leaving the cylinder inserted on the gun. ATTENTION: the elastic single-component foams are much more sensitive to the moisture content than traditional rapid foams. Therefore, if it does not get adequately wet before and after application, there is a risk of POST-SWELLING or VOLUME LOSS phenomena. MS POLYMER HANNO 290ML GOLDEN OAK

MS Polymer Hanno (MS Powerflex 25) is a professional neutral reaction adhesive sealant that polymerizes with moisture based on MS Polymer Formulated by the union of a silane (silicon + functional groups) and a polymer (polyester, polyether, polyacrylic: MS acronym stands for the Modified Sealant. Depending on its composition can be configured more like adhesive (high-tenacity bonding) or as a sealant (highly elastic). The opaque formulations (white, gray, black, brown) are highly adhesive while the transparent formulation is less adhesive and can be used only in indoor environments. In the context of the MS polymer product is the best solution for the sealing of windows. Available in 290 ml cartridges in the following colors: transparent (indoor only), white, gray, brown, black, golden oak. Fields of application: Specifically designed for the sealing of the lower crosspiece of the frame, both inside and outside, and eventually for the sealing of the uprights. Has excellent adhesion on wood, glass, ceramics, natural stones, but also on absorbent substrates such as plaster and cement. Also suitable for copper, zinc and aluminum: on some painted aluminum colors there may be compatibility issues and it is therefore recommended to make a preliminary test. Coatability after drying with the main water paints and solvent-based. The white color may also be used as an adhesive. Compared to conventional sealants for windows offers the following advantages: - It hardens in humid environment and therefore is suitable for sealing on damp surfaces - Highly adhesive - Good drying even at low temperatures - Able to compensate for any movements of the support (permanently elastic) - Suitable for both the interior and to the exterior (excluding the transparent coloring) - Resistant to rain and the temperatures of from -40°C to +100°C - The absence of solvents, isocyanates and PVC - Practically odorless - Excellent resistance to UV rays for the colored formulations - Coatability after drying (note: overcoating with murals wait at least 24 hours. Warning: the transparent product can undergo yellowing in the dark. The yellowing disappears if the product comes back in contact with sunlight. The fresh product can be removed with a solvent not too aggressive (always carry out a preliminary test). The hardened sealant can only be removed mechanically. The product Ms Polymer (excluding transparent color) is guaranteed for 10 years for the application as a curb of sealant under the lower crossbar of the frames when applied according to the instructions of the data sheet.
