Electric tool for cutting the walled frame and for reducing thermal bridges in the window hole

Revolutionary electric tool entirely designed and manufactured by the PosaClima team for a correct redevelopment of the window hole in the replacement of the external frame. With this power tool you can replace the windows on the walled frames without reducing the architectural light. It manages to cut the walled frame about 3 mm from the wall, completely freeing the light. In case of special needs, the supplied flange allows you to move the cut away from the support line by up to 55 mm. Given the possibility of equipping the machine with other blades for cutting stones, metal and walls, this versatile tool can also cut any passing marble or metal counterframe. With a single tool it is therefore possible to increase the light in the home, improve energy efficiency by reducing thermal bridges and prevent the formation of mold on the perimeter.

Fields of application
Its main use is for cutting the old walled frame (with disk code CSBDISCOLE). The special blade that comes out of a suction hood manages to cut the old frame flush with the wall, simultaneously sawing the wood and the metal of the brackets. In a few minutes the old frame is removed and the new one is inserted in the same location without reducing the architectural light (typical of overlapping laying) and without breaking the wall (typical of laying with masking). The machine can also mount a blade that cuts the metal and the wall (code CSBDISCOMU) which is used to cut any metal subframe and thus reduce the flow of heat between inside and outside to avoid the formation of mold on the shoulder after the replacement of the window frame. The same blade can also be used to cut marble or granite. All work is done very quickly without any dust generation.
